Rubilyn Pastrano, PhD is an experienced and highly qualified educator with a strong academic background. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, specializing in English with a minor in Science. Additionally, she has earned a Master's degree in Education, majoring in Administration and Supervision, and a Doctorate in Development Education. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Philosophy in Technology Management. With 17 years of teaching experience, she has successfully implemented teaching strategies that promote critical thinking, collaboration, differentiation, and technology integration.
