Glenny E. Laping

Glenny E. Laping is the Head Teacher III at Punta Engano High School in Lapu-Lapu City, Region 7, Central Visayas. He is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management at Cebu Technological University, and has achieved outstanding accomplishments throughout his 13-year tenure in DepEd, including representing the Philippines in international events such as the Microsoft Global Educators Exchange Forum and APEC Global Education Forum.
